Use instructions

Apply mascara first to top of lashes. Wiggle brush from the base of the lash to the tips starting on lashes closest to nose and continue to outside of lashes. Use as many strokes as you need for desired effect.

Amp up your lash look by applying Harajuku Blue over your favorite black mascara – just at the tips.

Remove with Artistry™ Eye and Lip Makeup Remover.
