How can I remove Artistry Studio™ Liquid Pen Pop Eyeliner?
Artistry Studio™ Liquid Pen Pop Eyeliner may be removed with Artistry™ Eye and Lip Makeup Remover (117652) or Artistry Studio™ Clean Start Micellar Makeup Remover + Cleanser Wipes (124811 coming September 23, 2020).
What type of ingredients is the Artistry Studio™ Liquid Pen Pop Eyeliner free from?
All Artistry Studio™ Shanghai Edition products are free from parabens. These eyeliners are also free from fragrance.
The color of my Artistry Studio™ Liquid Pen Pop Eyeliner appears to be fading upon application. Why is this happening?
Storing the Liquid Pen Pop Eyeliner upright (cap/tip up) may result in reduced color intensity during application. The recommended product storage is with the tip down. Also, make sure to shake before use.
After use, product is accumulating on the Artistry Studio™ Liquid Pen Pop Eyeliner. Is the pen leaking?
If the tip of the Liquid Pen Pop Eyeliner touches the inside of the cap, product will transfer onto the cap and subsequently onto the neck of the Pen. This is normal and does not indicate leakage. You can wipe it with a tissue to keep the pen clean and free from excess product.
My Artistry Studio™ Liquid Pen Pop Eyeliner has a strong odor. Is this normal and/or safe?
Liquid eyeliners sometimes have a distinct odor. This is normal. All product ingredients have been tested and are safe for use.
