SARAH ARGOMANIZ,
MARKET MANAGER
AMWAY DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Sarah Argomaniz became familiar with Amway at a young age while growing up in the Dominican Republic. "I was a little girl when I first heard of Amway. A family friend was an Amway Independent Business Owner and I remember my mom using Artistry™ face powder every day," she recalls. Little did Sarah know that years later she would lead Amway’s Dominican Republic operations.

Hotel management was Sarah’s initial vocation of choice after earning degrees in hotel management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and marketing management from the Universidad APEC, where she also earned a master’s degree in management and productivity. She launched her career with a family owned company that managed resorts in the popular tourist destinations of Puerto Plata and Punta Cana.

After a decade in the hotel industry, Sarah decided it was time for a change. "I wanted to try something new and grow professionally. I found what I was looking for in Amway. It was an opportunity to be a part of something bigger," she says.

Since joining Amway Dominican Republic in 2008, Sarah has enjoyed a pattern of steady growth. She started her career with the company in Customer Service. In 2011, she transitioned to Sales, where she served as a Sales Advisor, Business Consultant and Sales Manager. She was named Market Manager for the Dominican Republic in 2017, overseeing the affiliate’s daily business operations.

Sarah’s leadership position allows her to do what she loves most about Amway: build relationships with IBOs and help them grow their businesses. "It’s one of the most rewarding parts of my job," she says.

To help IBOs reach their goals, Sarah and her team focus on providing expert business consultation and implementing effective strategies to help drive customer sales and profitability within their Amway businesses.

Outside of Amway, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and travelling to new places together. She and her family live in Santo Domingo.
